Topsy-turvy - Sarah & Sydney

Topsy-turvy is a good name for this cake. It's one of our more labor intensive cakes that we've done in the birthday cake category.This is a neopolitan flavored cake. Strawberry cake with buttercream on the bottom - vanilla cake/buttercream in the middle - chocolate cake/chocolate buttercream on top - fondant bow with a white chocolate "S" also on top.
